Wi-Fi Networks

Wireless networks are a growing means of communication and internet access in both businesses and homes. Almost all devices in the market today, be they laptop or tablet computers or mobile phones, have in-built receivers for wireless web access.

We trade our own Wi-Fi networks under our brand name Green Net. Setting up and managing networks that in many ways reduce burdens placed on the environment is our way of contributing to a greener planet.

Mesh networks are intended both for public use (in city centres, remote areas, public institutions) as well as in the business sector (industrial plants, hotels and tourist centres, shopping malls, security services, etc.). The networks provide resilience, automatic switching between base stations and a good coverage of the target area.
In the field of mesh networks we cooperate with Tropos, a world renowned provider of wireless communication solutions.
The deployment of a Wi-Fi mesh network comprises:
  • hardware supply
  • engineering
    • measuring signal coverage
    • site survey
    • performance optimisation
    • pre-setup preparation of devices
    • hardware configuration
    • back-end configuration
    • integration of service providers into the WiFi network
  • hardware setup
  • dimensioning of the network:
Special attention is paid to the definition of the initial size of the network and prediction of a long-term expansion of the infrastructure.
  • security policy creation
  • software installation
    • system software
    • software necessary for meeting data retention policies
    • application software – services in the Wi-Fi network
    • support for service charges and integration into the client’s environment
Following the setting up we provide technical support and maintenance of the network.

A wide range of our own software solutions, in addition to those developed by our partner companies, enable us to adapt to the needs of our clients and achieve maximum efficiency in network deployment and management.
