Business process support
Service oriented architecture (SOA) is the heart of the system, as it takes care of the integration with the local ERP system, business process monitoring, analysis and integration of special hardware.
i-Track is made up of three basic parts:
- sophisticated software
- tracking terminals in the field and in the warehouse
- RFID tags on the means of work (assets)
Aside from the business operator, the i-Track also incorporates, according to their priorities:

- employees
- contract outworkers or contract companies
